1. Returns

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. To expedite the process:

  • Provide a clear photo of the item showing the damage or the incorrect product received.

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Supplier Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at code.elegance.store@gmail.com.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
