Business days after dispatch. Order preparation is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
US-stocked products: 2–5 business days; overseas-stocked products: 5–10 business days.
After discounts and before taxes. The threshold is converted from US$100 into your selected currency.

Shipping and delivery
Code Elegance is an online dress store with a curated collection. We arrange order preparation and delivery through our fulfilment network. Destinations and product availability are checked at checkout; not every item can ship to every country.
Estimated standard delivery
- Bulgaria and Spain: 9–14 business days.
- Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Canada and the Netherlands: 8–14 business days.
- United Kingdom: 4–14 business days. Australia: 8–16 business days.
- United States: 2–5 business days for US-stocked products; 5–10 for overseas-stocked products.
These delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Processing, weekends, public holidays, customs and carrier disruption can affect arrival. We do not offer a guaranteed express service. Items from different warehouses may arrive separately.
Costs and free shipping
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of over $100 USD after discounts, before shipping and taxes. The equivalent in another currency can vary with the checkout exchange rate. Below the threshold, available rates appear before payment. A free shipping offer does not create delivery availability for an otherwise unsupported address.
Dispatch, tracking and problems
When your order is dispatched, use the tracking number in the dispatch email on our tracking page. Updates depend on carrier scans. Contact us if tracking stalls, a parcel is missing, or the address needs correction. For a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and send photos and your order number. We remain your point of contact for delivery problems.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us immediately. A cancellation may be possible within 24 hours, but is not guaranteed and is unavailable once processing or shipping starts. This does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right.
Any applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by us are disclosed before payment. International customs clearance may cause delays; contact us before ordering if you need clarification about import charges for your destination.
