Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to purchases from Code Elegance at codeelegancestore.com. Contact: code.elegance.store@gmail.com. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase.

Orders, prices and payment

Check your items, sizes, delivery address, currency and final total before placing an order. Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing error is found, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund any payment due. Confirmed purchases are not subject to later promotional price changes. Available payment methods and applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout.

Promotions

New In and Leaving Soon reductions are shown on participating products with an original and reduced price. The automatic 20% offer requires at least three eligible items from Everyday Elegance, Special Occasions, Date Night or Vacation. The applicable discount appears in the cart or checkout. Offers may combine only where the discount rules allow. Free standard shipping requires an eligible order of over $100 USD after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. The threshold is converted from US$100 into the selected currency; checkout confirms delivery availability.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Estimated delivery varies by destination and warehouse. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; cancellation is not guaranteed and is unavailable after processing starts. Statutory withdrawal and defect remedies remain available where applicable.

Using the website

Do not misuse the website, infringe intellectual property, or access other people's accounts. Protect your account credentials. Product measurements are approximate garment measurements and vary by style; the size guide helps you compare fit. Device settings can affect colour appearance.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Supplier restrictions do not override our obligations to you. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
